Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it to our warehouse postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the product, and in new condition, and we will give you a full refund/exchange, no questions asked.  Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.  For returns postmarked more than 14 days after receipt but less than 30 days, we will give you either 1) a full store credit including return shipping costs or 2) an 70% refund, for any merchandise returned to us in it's original new condition.  After 30 days, all sales are final.  Our warehouse address is

Please be sure to write your name, order number, and request (exchange/refund, size or style wanted in exchange, etc.) on the package, and be sure to RECORD AND EMAIL US THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGE.  We do not have a problem with returns and we process them immediately.

With the exception of Leather Jacket Orders, we do not cover shipping costs for returned items.  For Leather Jacket orders in the United States, we will provide return shipping labels for items returned for exchange at no charge.  For Leather Jacket orders in non-U.S. locations, we will provide a store credit to cover the cost of Standard Shipping for items returned for exchange.  We do not cover shipping costs on Leather Jackets returned for refund. 

Where applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately upon our receipt of the returned item, or we will send you a replacement product or store credit as per your instructions and where applicable.
